HI there friends!!!
Well its a new month and a new day!! Especially for me! :) I have decided to start a new weight loss journey! This time, its not about pills or diets, its about a life change!!!
I started 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels and let me just say, if I'm not shredded within these 30 days, then oh my gosh, there has to be something wrong! This video is tough!! Maybe because this is my first day, but either way...I can tell its gonna work!!
I'm a part of fitness group on FB and will be checking in and keeping track there,, and I will be doing the same here... I will also participate in the 30 day Ab challenge with that group!!
Although I'm not ready to show before and after pics I will keep track and maybe share some later!!
So here's to new beginnings! :)
Day 1: whew...I could barely keep up...at points I had to stop doing the moves, but I kept it moving, hoping tomorrow will be easier.
